How sacral authority works
A defined Sacral with no emotional definition responds in the moment, physically. The sound comes before the sentence: an uh-huh that lifts, or an uhn that closes.
How to actually use it
Get asked yes or no questions, out loud, and listen for the sound rather than the reasoning. The body answers faster than you can explain it.
The mistake: Overriding the gut with a good argument. The mind will always be able to justify the thing the body already declined.
Authority is not type
Your type tells you how your energy is meant to move. Your authority tells you where a real yes registers in your body. Two people of the same type with different authorities decide completely differently, which is why type alone is not enough.
