The arc of Key 34

Force is raw power spent on the wrong thing, often loudly. Strength is that same power used in response rather than in assertion, and Majesty is strength that has become quiet.

The two poles of Force

A Shadow is never only one behaviour. Each has a repressive pole, where the energy collapses inward, and a reactive pole, where it fires outward. Most people live mainly in one and visit the other under stress, and recognising which is yours is where the contemplation actually starts.

Repressed, the power stays unused and turns into restlessness. Reactive, it shoves power at whatever is nearest.

Working with Force

Force and Strength are not two different energies. They are the same one at two frequencies, which is why the instruction is never to replace force with strength. You watch force run, without arguing with it, until it stops being automatic. What is on the other side of that watching is strength, and majesty is the same thing again with nothing personal left in it.

Programming partner: Gene Key 20

Key 34 is paired with Key 20, which runs Superficiality to Self-Assurance to Presence. Partners sit opposite each other on the wheel of 64 and always move together, so force and superficiality tend to show up in the same person, in the same week, feeding each other.

The useful way to read the pair: when strength is hard to reach, the block is often sitting in superficiality rather than anywhere in Key 34. And self-assurance is usually what makes strength sustainable rather than occasional. Contemplating one without the other is the most common way this system gets used badly.
